PERSONAL USE products

The free downloads are for non-profit/personal use only. You are required to link/credit back to bubururesources.info when you use the products. You may re-distribute these sets for download on your own site, but you must mention my name, host the zipped set on your own server, link back to this site and not take credit for the designs as your own.

You can use the free products for:

-Personal blog designs
-Personal artwork projects
-College or school
-Other uses that doesn’t make you or anyone else money

You cannot use the free products for:

-Business web sites
-Web layouts or commercial blog themes for re-sale
-Design portfolios
-Commercial blogs
-Corporate logos
-Print on demand sites such as Zazzle, for apparel designs, posters, mugs etc – if you sell to the general public
-Re-selling the sets
-Digital scrapbooking commercial kits
-CD covers
-Magazines, advertising or other publications
-Business cards
-Graphics can not be altered or added to and be claimed as your own

For all these uses you must buy a license.If you wish to use the products on a non profit project, but WITHOUT a credit, you must purchase a commercial license. You cannot sell any of Buburu Resources products AS IS (AS SET, DIGITAL PRODUCT OR TEMPLATE, AS PART OF A CATALOG or DIGITAL DOWNLOAD).

COMMERCIAL USE products

Standard license

The standard license is limited to a maximum of 500 reproductions, whether in print or online. So if you use the brush design for digital scrapbooking sets, for example, you could only sell a maximum of 500 copies. If using the designs for print, you could, for example, only print 500 copies of a flyer, CD cover, magazine etc.

You cannot use a product purchased from bubururesources.info for:

-Promotional items – that are given away for free
-Business identity – any part of logo, trademark, service mark, business name etc
-Large print runs – where the number of copies exceeds

Extended License

The extended license agreement allows you to use a product purchased from Bubururesources for stuff that isn’t allowed in the Standard license terms.

For higher quantities of reproduction (over 500), you can either buy a standard license again, or you may buy an extended license. This operates on a sliding scale.
For print/tangible goods:
-Up to 3000 reproductions, or use of the designs for business logos is $50
-Up to 5000 reproductions of the design is $150
-Resale licence (to sell the design ‘as is’ in any format) is $280
-Unlimited reproduction of the design is $650

Remember that you are buying a license to use the design, not the design itself. I retain the copyright to the design.

Please contact me about extended licenses, stating your full name, address, and the usage you require.

CLARIFICATION

Please contact thegoldenring@gmail.com for advice if you’re unsure about the type of license you need for your project. You may be asked to produce your proof of purchase/print run receipt if there is doubt as to your usage of my images.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Bubururesources employees, directors and suppliers against all claims, liability, damages, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fee and expenses, arising out of or related to a breach of this Agreement, the use of this site and the use or the inability of use of any product you failure to abide by any restrictions regarding the use of a product, or any claim by a third party related to the use of a product.

I OFFER NO WARRANTY, EXPLICIT OR IMPLIED, REGARDING ANY IMAGES, THE WEBSITE, THE ACCURACY OF ANY INFORMATION, OR ANY RIGHTS OR LICENSES UNDER THIS AGREEMENT INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. BUBURURESOURCES DOES NOT REPRESENT OR WARRANT THAT THE WEBSITE OR THE IMAGES WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR THAT THEIR USE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR FREE.
BUBURURESOURCES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU OR TO ANY OTHER PERSON OR ENTITY FOR ANY GENERAL, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, OR LOST PROFITS OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES, COSTS OR LOSSES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE OR THE IMAGES.
